Treat Yourself

Let's talk:

  • I never thought I'd find myself liking culottes, let alone recommending them to others... but here we have it! Seeing other fashion bloggers work these flattering, flowy pants has inspired me to give them a try.
  • Remember how in my last post I talked about distancing myself from statement necklaces? Well, to some this may look like a statement piece, but to me it's anything but that (especially compared to my giant, flower-encrusted necklaces...ugh). This chain is delicate, and understated enough that it would still let an outfit speak for itself.
  • I'm not a huge fan of pink, but this dark mauve color is just so gorgeous! Plus I can never resist something cashmere since I'm always freezing.
  • In addition to snakeskin, I've also been in love with anything windowpane/plaid. I can envision myself wearing this tunic alone as a dress (with a slip underneath of course), with a belt around the waist and either a pair of loafers or gladiator sandals. Chiffon also keeps you so cool in the summer!
  • This crossbody bag is probably what I want second most, after the chain necklace. I am yet to own a designer bag, and the crossbody aspect seems like the best option for a girl like me who hates carrying purses. This bag is classic, simple, and I doubt it would ever go out of style.
  • Again, I'm still getting used to the idea of ever wearing a midi skirt since I'm kind of a shortie, but Walk in Wonderland changed my mind. This skirt could so easily transition from day to night, and looks fabulous with a pair of heels to lengthen your legs. There aren't many sizes left so get it while ya can.
  • Yet another post with snakeskin... sick of it yet?! Cause I'm not, muahaha. These loafers could totally be rocked with the tunic, or to add an element of "color" in an all-black outfit. Yes, silver is my idea of color. They're also on major sale right now ($69!) so get 'em while they're hot!

What items are you lusting after lately? Did any of these hit the spot for you?

Have a wonderful weekend!
Xoxo, Sophia
